Meet Alice: Innovation Consultant & Vogue Game Changer 🦎

This video is not available. Please contact the instructor for more information.

Alice Brennan is the CEO of software company SettleIn and an innovation consultant for Fusion Labs, a corporate innovation consultancy.

After graduating from Oxford University with a degree in anthropology and archaeology, Alice worked in digital transformation before moving to Japan where she used her skills in the relief effort following the 2011 tsunami.

This experience influenced her interest in psychosocial intervention and brought her to freelance at digital and humanitarian aid organisations in Australia, where she recognised the lack of technological innovations within this realm.

Alice won the inaugural Techfugees Australia hackathon, which saw her found SettleIn; a social enterprise that creates psychologically informed goal-setting technology to help newly arrived refugees settle into their new country. Her leadership of SettleIn has seen her listed on Forbes Asia’s 30 under 30 list for social entrepreneurs and named one of 10 young game changers by Vogue. Alice is from the UK so in her free time she likes to lie in the Aussie sun like a lizard.
